I started PE around February time hoping to be able to satisfy my first ever (hopefully last) girlfriend. I first bought a pump I used it for 2 months quickly being able to withstand the highest pressure gaitor keeping it on for an average of 20mins each time I used it. About one month in I also bought an ADS traction device with a suction cup. After about 2 months in to PE I stopped using the pump, although it helped my girth temporarily get bigger I was more after length for now and it was making my erections limp. I continued to use the ADS and for the last month I have also been using it over night too. However no change with up 12 hours of using the device every single day. I’m 6 inches in length and I need to get to 8-9 inches to be able to stimulate her posterior fornix I have had my girlfriend’s support and she measured her self and I want to do all I can in order to satisfy her. I do use heat. As off today I have decided to incorporate manual stretching and 100 reps of jelqing in the morning before using my ADS all day. I believe I am a hard gainer in comparison to many of you I urgently seek advice and I’m losing my posting virginity today in hopes that someone else with my problems could be helped by seeing what my mistakes are and how I (hopefully) succeeded, it’s not a nice feeling not having any results for hours of work a day.

Bomb, ADS and other things would have to wait at least 6 months.

Start with the linear newbie routine. Finish it. Continue with the newbie routine. Finish it.

Then you can pump etc. Go for it.

Hey guys I just checked and the linear newbie routine is more for those without any experience before, I do believe my penis is conditioned already to heavier exercises, but I want to listen to your advice because I obviously don’t know much. So do you think I should take a days rest then get started with what you recommended with the linear newbie routine and then the newbie routine then so forth?

I will thank you, taking a good 3 days break and then I will get started with the newbie routine and keep too it for the recommended time. I overstated my statistics I am actually 5.9 x 5.3 and at the the end of the routine I will post my results.
