4 months in. This stuff really works!

Well guys I took my first true measurements yesterday for the first time since joing the site. I joined with my stats being 7.5”x5.875”.

Having said that my stats were 7.3”x5.75” before I discovered manual stretching and pumping. So I stretched and used a hydro pump inconsistantly for a few months before I found Thunders.

Anyways back to the point. Its been 2.5 months and this is what the ruler/ tape say. 8.125”x6”!

I am a true believer now.

Starting on 2013-08-16 :EL: 5.75" (14.6cm) / EG: 4.75"

Short-term goal set 01/06 15: EL: 6.75" (17.14cm) / EG 5"

The main part of my routine is a split routine between jelqing and stretching. I usually go for 30 minutes atleast 5 times a week. As for the pump, I have a penomet hydropump which cost about $200, and I also have a homemade pump with a 2” diameter for length focus.
I only use the pumps a couple times a week so I am not sure how much they have attributed to my gains.

The jelq/stretch split routine looks like this.
Light stretch for 5 minutes to warm up.
-3 minutes low erection jelqing
-4x45second stretches( all directions)
-repeat this for 4 or 5 sets

Its important to note, if your erection level is to high after the jelqing you should either stretch lightly at an upward angle or not at all. Just wait for the erection to subside a bit.
I also do a straight down stretch for 30 seconds after I use the restroom at work.

8.5OB I have the penomet too. Did you get the premium edition? I was kinda broke so I got the basic one, without the stronger pumps. I feel like its not as strong as my bathmate x30. Congrats on your gains too!

Alpha, I did not get the premium edition. I got the edition with three of the five gaitors. I think it feels great to use but the strongest gaitor causes some lymph build up.

Metamorpho, could not agree more. The feeling of getting bigger just by touch and no measurements is awesome. Thats actually why I waited so long to measure because I didnt wanna find out that I was actually not gaining a thing when i felt like i was.

Luckily the tape confirmed what I had suspected.

I forgot to add that i also do some random squeezes and what i call “double okay stretches”. I do these stretches a couple of times every few days.

You basically just make an ok grip just below the glans, stretch straight out, then form a lose ok grip at mid shaft, then use your loose grip as a fulcrum in all directions. Switching hands depending on which direction you are stretching, and also switching the loose fulcrum to different points up and down the shaft to concentrate the stress on different parts of the tunica.

Do you stretch 4 times each directions ? Or 1 time each direction so in all its 4? What you meant?

1 time each direction each set. Times 4 or five set.

So you would do a few minutes low erection jelqing. Then 1 stretch in each diection, totaling 4 stretches.

So if you repeat the steps 4 times you will have done 16x 45 srcond srretches.

If there’s one thing I’ve noticed that’s been consistent with good gains, it’s higher frequency = more/faster gains.

Your routine, yguy’s, another dude from the pumper’s forum, and another guy on this forum whose name escapes me, have all done routines with 5-7 days a week frequency.

When I have the time after school’s over in a month, I intend to do the same.

I have noticed this also.

I believe that exercising as often as possible is key. Whether it is PE or weight training or whatever you are into.

As long as you dont go so intense that you need to take days off.

Finding the perfect intensity to maximize a workout and still be able to repeat it the next day is a difficult task.
