Hey guys, I’m a newbie to P.E., like most everyone else here. I’m 7 1/4 long and sadly, only about 4 1/4 wide. My ex girlfriends never complained. (Probably did behind my back now that I think about it)

But it’s been really getting to me. After reading the forums I’ve realized this way below average and I’m wondering what kind of routine I should do to increase primarily girth.

I’m looking to AT LEAST get it up to 5in. Would it be possible? I started the newbie routine last week. I’m jelqing 2 days on, one day off. Any advice, success stories or anything

Else you could tell me to help motivate me and get me on track would be very appreciated! Thanks.

I would also like to know if gains are truly permanent. I read around on forums that when people stop for a period of time, their size goes back to normal until they start back up again.

It is possible to gain girth. I have only been PE ‘ing for about one month and I already see change.

Just like any muscle in your body, if you don’t use it you lose it. There is exercise for gaining and there is exercises for maintaining those gains.

Hell yeah it’s possible to get to 5 inches. A 0.75” girth gain is a very reasonable goal, but it will take in the range of 1-3 years of consistency. Only less than 1 year if you are extremely lucky.

What you wanna do for routines, is first of all start off with the newbie routine for 2-3 months. During that time, read a bunch of stuff on the board about girth routines.

Pumping, jelqing, manual squeezes, manual bends, clamping. Learn about all that stuff while you do the newbie routine, and then after 2-3 months start experimenting with the specific girth exercises. Girth work can be dangerous if you go at it too fast, so start slow and build your way up no matter which exercises you choose. Remember to take rest days, don’t explode your dick.

Make jelqing the cornerstone of your PE, and supplement it with the other girth exercises, and just stay consistent for months and years and you will get there.

The gains are “permanent” in that after you’ve done PE for years, the gains get “cemented”. In other words it would take months and years for your dick to return back to small, and it would probably never return back to as small as it started. A casual maintenance program will hold the gains. However, if you only PE for 2 months and then quit forever, your gains will probably gradually fade away.

Also, does sex/masturbation affect the effectiveness of the routines? Example: you do a work out and masturbate afterwards.

For many, girth gains come slow. I was the same way. But what I’ve gained I’ve kept. I’ve taken years off and never lost more than an 1/8 inch which probably wasn’t cemented anyway.

As for sex/masturbation, I don’t think it hinders gains. That said, I’m older now and try to limit my masturbation so I can get it up easier with the wife.

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Lol 4.25” you poor bugger. I’m 5.6” MS and that didn’t help me last night so I’d say you’ll be needing to do allot of jelqing and clamping my friend. Best of luck.
