3rd Week Summary
Alright, so I’ve been doing this newbie routine for about 3 weeks now, with stretching on off days. I’ve followed the routine pretty tightly and I believe I’m seeing some effects already. I’ve yet to measure since the first time because I don’t want to see that it’s not working. But I have seen an increase in veins throughout the shaft. Is this a good sign? And I haven’t been doing the Kegels constantly because I’ve always had a rock hard erection, but should I continue to do these Kegels anyway?
