I’m a newbie
And I’ve been doing this for my routine for past 3 days
1st day
5 minutes warm up
2 minutes stretch
3 minutes jelq
5 minuets warm up
40 kelgs

Just for the beginning so I can go easy on my dick

Then
2nd day
5 minutes warm up
5 minutes stretch
5 minutes jelq
5 minutes warm up
50 or more kelgs

And today, taking a break. This is my plan

Sunday, monday - regular newbie routine
Tuesday - break
Wendsday Thursday - regular newbie routine
Then Friday ~ Sunday - break.

Here’s my question.

Is it normal to get negative penis effects when just starting PE?
Becuase my erection have been weaker and it doesn’t feel healthier as usual.

And is it OK to do 5 minutes warmup on break days?

I found that my first month of PE my erections weren’t all they were supposed to be. They were actually a bit weaker and stuff, but not significantly…

I noticed the major increase in hardness of my erections in the 2nd month of PE, personally.

Yes it’s ok to warm up your penis on an off day. Just don’t get distracted and start pulling ;)

Ideally you shouldn’t.

Just taper back on your routine until erections come back stronger than ever…then slowly add to your routine.

Would probably be of more concern if it was negative effects after 3 years, instead of 3 days. ;-)

One cup? Two cups? 10 oz? 10 lbs?

I figured out why my penis was having negative PI’s.
I was doing my jelqing from 90% of erection.
But my penis healed fast
It felt alot better after 1 day break.
So I got back to the newbie routine with 60 ~ 70 percent erection

I didn’t read the whole thing about jelqing

Just because you are only doing 5 minutes of this and 5 minutes of that doesn’t mean you aren’t overdoing it.

It you are stretching the hell out of it for 5 minutes or jelqing super intensely for 5 minutes, you are going overboard and you will pay the price with erection difficulties and/or discoloration.

Do everything in moderation and DON”T hurt yourself. When you cause trauma you don’t get results.
