30 day update.
Well I have reached the 30 day mark and here are my gains.
Start 6.0 BPEL. Now 6 3/8s
Start 4.75. Now 5. Girth actually caught me by surprise. Wasn’t expecting much.
I have actually measured higher in both measurements but they are not stable yet.
This past week my girth read 5.25 measured 2x. I was looking at my self and said holy sh#t. So I measured it.
Length reached almost 6.5.
This occurred the last time I measured for public consumption, so I’m guessing it’s a sign of future growth as is what occurred last time.
Sensation has gotten much better, as well as erection quality.
I am adding this for info for other newbies.
I am not going crazy and jelging even to the newbie program standards. Meaning I am only at about 100 jelgs and 7.5 mins. Stretching.
You don’t have to overdo it to get gains.
Only today did I feel I could get to 15 mins of jelg time and after 2 days rest.
And you don’t have to jelg everyday. When I feel like I have over done it, I take 2 days off.
Only once did I feel like I over did it some and even then it wasn’t a big overdo and I took 2 days off.
