Not sure of those, perhaps I just wasn’t as turned on as I measured previously.. But I really want to believe those are gains. ~~

Length: 5,5 -> 5,8 BPEL (I can get 6,0 if I press hard enough, but it feels like cheating a bit. Do you guys press with full force?)
Girth: 4,35 -> 4,45 (still pathetic ^.^)

We’ll see if those are really gains, or just I measured differently in the next measure point (after “finishing” expanding the newbie routine to full 10 min stretches, 30 min jelq -> in three weeks)

I would say a gain is a gain, and nothing is pathetic. If you are measuring in the same way or close to it, and you have an increase, be happy and good luck the rest of the way. ;)

Congrats, it looks like you are on the right path. I do not normally measure BP, but from all of the threads I have read on the subject, you press the ruler enough to hit your bone but not with extreme force like you mentioned.

Any gain, without cheating :) , is good in this short period of time. It’s either an increase in erection quality, or real gains.

And I think 30 min of jelqing is to much in 3 weeks.

I agree with pegain. Keep it simple at first and then build up your tolerance before you hurt yourself.

Remember we are still newbies and our motto at this point is “less is more.” If you are gaining with the routine you have, and you are, recommend keeping the routine at the level you are at now. You only need to increase your routine if you are no longer making progress.

This is my first month of PE, starting off with barely 6.3” (NBPE)

I use andro streching device and has just started jelqing a little bit after discovering this place. I am now pleased to recognize a 6.7” measurement.. But it really depends how hard the erection is at the point of measuring - which gives me different lengths, and sometimes makes me wonder if the growth has really happened or not.

Now I’ve put the ruler away, and don’t plan to do any measuring in at least a month.. That way I can really get the answer I’m looking for; does it really grow (or is it only my strong desire to see changes)..

I also catch myself dwelling on this site (and searching the internet elsewhere) all day long for answers and proof that will make me satisfied and stay motivated enough. I believe it can be done, but sometimes it’s difficult to let the time do the work.. Yep.

Anyway, do you think I’m extending my routine too fast?

I am adding +1min of stretches and +4min of jelq each week.

Started with 5/10, currently at 7/18 mark (tomorrow I should do 8/22)

Is it too fast? What would you propose, then? On my journey towards a bigger cock, I want to be as effective as possible, but I don’t want to injure myself. ;) I had some PE experience before, but it was like two weeks before I grew tired of it. It was, like, 2 years ago or so.

Congratulations dude! Keep up the good work! There’s no reason for it not to be gains. You’ll definitely know when you gain. Uhmm.. Unfortunately, I don’t measure bone pressed so I have no idea about the force you should exert. Anyways, gains are coming.. Keep it up!
