3 weeks off hanging: maintenance routine advice?
I will be unable to do hanging for about 2.5-3 weeks soon (will have been vac-hanging for 1 month at that moment). Well, not only hanging will be unavailable, but any device-dependent excersises (ADS, extender, etc.).
What kind of daily manual routine would you advice to keep the penis in shape, so the ligaments and tunica would not “toughen up” for such amount of time?
I’m thinking about the classic “stretches + jelq”, but maybe someone have something to say on this matter.
