3 On3 Off?
Ok, so I have been looking a little bit at this forum for a while, just lurking around, but I read some about taking deconditioning breaks from PE to break plateus and how you keep toughening the penis from working it continuously.
So I have decided that starting january 1 2015 I will be doing a program of 3On/3Off. Basically, 3 months on, three months off. I will be doing this in an attempt to stop my unit from becoming to toughened, and also to make sure that
It get’s enough time to heal up. It is my theory that by doing continously 3On/3Off one will be able to maximize gains since your penis won’t get too toughened, and given plenty of time too heal again.
I will be doing 5on/2off in the weeks and I’d like to spend about 30 minutes a day with PE excluding the warmup and warmdown. I will track all my workouts so I can get a growth comparison and maybe use different amounts of time each month
To see if that shows any noticable difference in gains. I do not believe that I will have amazing gains after a year, but my idea here is that it is little work every now and then to make sure that gains are consistant and continuous.
There might not even be a one inch gain each year, but I’m thinking by doing this I could keep gaining much longer. It might take 5 years but I’m hoping this kind of routine won’t allow me to hit a plateu, or even get near one.
Now, I need some help whith figuring out a routine. I’m thinking 10 min warmup, 10 min stretch (SO,SD,SU,L,R) and then 20 min of dry/wet jelqing, depending on if I got any lube or not. Then of course the 10 minute warmdown. I will also be doing
A stretch I’d like to call a Swedish Meatball Stretch, or and SMS.(still thinking of a pun for this). Basically and SMS is a simple all night stretch wich I based off the idea that you should heal the penis in the extended state. Do perform and SMS you should lie down on your side and pull your penis down between your legs, then shut them. I feel like the meatball part is related since your balls feel a bit weird doing this, since they are kinda hanging weirdly.
I will be going mainly for length at first, possibly considering alternating between length and girth so I would get 3 months length each year and 3 months girth. Also, I’d like to note that I will track in millimeters and inches so everyone can understand it.
Any opinions on this theory and the routine?
