Well, I started at exactly 7x5 erect.

I have been stretching 4-5 days per week the whole time because I have been more interested in gaining length first, and then girth. Due to that state of mind, I haven’t jelqued as much as I should have. I tried out pumping for a couple weeks, and I even bought a Bib hardcore starter for when I was conditioned.

Even with my lackluster jelqing, I am up to 7.25ish BPEL and 5.15 girth mid shaft with a 5.5 in head. Now that I know this stuff works, I am going to become a little more dedicated. I will jelq 2 on 1 off, and I am going to start hanging as soon as I can figure out how to use the thing correctly. LOL. I only tried it once and had a problem with skin bunching at the head. The hanger is a high quality piece, but I need to figure out what works for me with the hanging set up.

The fiance has noticed a difference. My cock is harder, more veiny, and a little bigger. I bottom out in her fairly easily and she says I feel thicker. The thicker feeling can probably be attributed to the stronger erections because I doubt .15 inch girth increase would be noticable.

I use a cockring occasionally when we fuck, and my shaft gains about .15in girth to total 5.5in, but the head gets really big (relatively) at just about 6in. girth. Luckily my fiance is very orgasmic and comes 4-5 times during regular sex with no cock ring, but she comes a little quicker with the ring on. The problem is that the girth hurts her after around 10-15 minutes, depending on how hard we fuck. This shows me that I really don’t need to get more length since I already bottom out, and I wouldn’t want to be more than 6in. girth. I’m still going to shoot for 8x6 though. LOL. I guess it’s much more for my personal validation than for her pleasure. She already thinks I have a big dick, and I know it’s above average, but compared to my big legs it still looks small to me.

Right now I do 25 mins of stretching ( 5 minutes up, down, left, right, straight ) and the 5 sets of 30 left and right circular motions. Also I do 10 minute jelqing. Is this too much for only starting yesterday?

I forgot to ask. Does it matter in how you do the routine? Like can you jelq first then stretch and so on ? Also I wanted to start doing Stretching , jelqing , and this Jai routine. Does it matter what order I do this ?

Yo yo yo!! Good gains bubs. I just measured for my second month results. I’ve gained almost a whole 3/4” in length!! I definitely can tell a difference in my erections. My flacid is still hit and miss though. I still turtle too easily and sometimes the flacid state is respectable and sometimes it’s not. I haven’t seemed to gain any girth though. I was wondering if anyone had any advice for a good girth exercise after the newbie routine. Right now I just stretch and jelq. I’ll stretch for about 10-15 min doing JAI stretches for a few minutes and then the whole gambit of manual stretches for the rest of the time. Then I’ll jelq for 10-15 minutes. I use a hot wrap in the beginning and end for 5 minutes each. I think a little added girth will really start to make my cock look bigger and give more pleasure during sex. Surge,it doesn’t matter if you jelq or stretch first.As long as you do the warm-up before.

Personally,I stretch and then I jelq.

I think it my be a little too much for a starter. I would just take it easy if I were you. Look up “The Newbie Routine” and follow that for a couple of months, that’s what the experienced members/gainer recommend.

No, I don’t think I’m big at all, especially compared to my body since I lift and my legs are tree-like. The fiance thinks it’s pretty big though, probably because she’s pretty small in stature and she’s pretty tight. A lot of girls have made comments about it being pretty big before though, so I’ve always known I was doing okay at 7x5. Judging by all these surveys on here, I guess 7 is bigger than average.

Anyway, I’ve been jelquing 2 days on 1 day off since I posted last and have been doing it for longer than 10 minutes now. I always make sure to do it for 10 minutes, and then just keep doing it until I get bored or I have to do something. I stretch first, by the way.

I still haven’t gotten around to trying to get my Bib Hanger routine worked out for me. It’s just sitting in my closet now looking pretty. I’ll have to get around to it soon. I also plan on getting a new tube for pumping since I have “THE BIG MANS PUMP” (lol) and it is entirely to wide for my cockage. It sucks in so much skin and I have to be careful that my balls don’t get sucked in. I’ll order a new cylinder sometime, but for now I’m sticking with the stretching and jelquing until I don’t see any more gains, and I’ll measure once per month.
