3 Months of learning
New member here, been lurking for about a month reading and researching and I finally chose to join. My PE journey began about 3 months ago after I read an article that made me start to think maybe this PE thing isn’t a load of crap.
After some initial reading on PE gym I started with a routine of stretching for 10-15 min and jelqing for 10-15 minutes, performed 3-4 days a week. During this time I continued reading articles and the forums of PE gym and trying different stretches etc. I noticed a decrease in EQ and was a bit worried but pushed on.
A little more than a month ago I found this incredible forum, much more my speed as it seems a lot more science based and more experienced and knowledgeable members.
That brings me to my current routine that I have developed based off of members here, and have been performing for the past 3-4 weeks. My main influence was TNT, but many of the threads on here inspired other small parts of my routine and really helped me better understand PE.
Current routine:
-Hot wash cloth wrap for 5 min.
-Stretching at 6:00, 9:00, 12:00, down left, and down right. 15-30 kegel’s are performed during each stretch, depending on how everything is feeling. After kegel’s are complete I rotate “around the world” 3-5 times in each direction then release and shake my member around and do kegel’s for blood flow to return then move to the next stretch.
Following stretching do 2-3 sets of clamping.
-Set 1: erection level 50-80% place clamp on loose, get to 100% erection while securing clamp as tight as I can up against my pubic bone. Then 10 minutes of gentle squeezing of the shaft, light pulling and rotating “around the world”
Release and rest while kegeling and shaking for 3-5 minutes
-Set 2: same set up as step 1, once fully erect clamp is tightened down as tight as it will go then backed off 1-2 clicks. Proceed to edge for 10-15 minutes. Follow with the same rest as set 1.
-Set 3: same set up as set 2, once clamped start timer for 5-10 minutes. As powerful kegel’s as I can do every 5-10 seconds for 2 minutes, then add a second clamp right up against the first. Over the course of the next minute or two it is tightened down to 1 click above the tightest I think it can go. After another minute or so of kegel’s if everything feels good a third clamp is added in the same way the second clamp was added.
After completion of clamping 5-10 minutes of jelqing varying intensity based on PI’s and how everything feels.
Finish it off with a set or two of fire goat rolls then hot wash cloth wrap for about 5 minutes.
This routine is performed 4 days a week, on days I don’t do this routine I still do light stretching + kegel’s for 10-15 minutes. I also perform 1-5 minutes of stretching and kegel’s every bathroom break I take.
As for the results, it’s a bit early to tell and hard to get a good measurement as I have a lot of “temporary gains” especially in the flaccid department.
That said my starting measurements before PE were BPEL 5.5”, EG 4.25”, EQ 7-8.
After 2 months of stretching and jelqing BPEL 5.75”, EG 4.5”, EQ 6.
My last measurement on an off day was 6.125” BPEL, 4.75” EG, EQ 9.
Since the second week of doing this my EQ has been sky rocketing which is awesome and probably attributes to part of the gains.
