3 months no gains

I’ve been doing this routine for three months without gains:
2 cycles of 60 sec stretches left, right, down, up, out
3 3-5-3 JAI stretches
20 minutes of jelqing with 70 percent erection
10 minutes of edging

I rarely wake up with morning wood, but my flaccid seems much longer than when I started
So what am I doing wrong? Any input would be great, thank you

I would cut JAI stretches and raise regular stretches. What’s the frequence?

Are you warming up?

Yup, I’m warming up for ten minutes and I do it 2 on 1 off. I tried getting rid of JAIs today and I felt like I had a better workout. Thanks

So do you have improved EQ? It sounds like you don’t, even if your FL is bigger.

Kegels will help with that, and losing the JAIs too, if you’re been overworking.

Do you do this everyday?
