3 Months No Gain

He may be doing too much. Over doing it doesn’t bring gains. Probably more so than under doing it. What he needs to do is stick to a consistent routine with out overdoing it so he can actually learn how his penis reacts to the exercises.

I guess what I meant to say was increasing reps, which is apparently volume. Not intensity.

How would you know you don’t gain anything after a month if you don’t change? Apparently you haven’t tried that route as you just said you don’t have patience to stick with something for the long term to see if it’s working or not.

The OP said he wasn’t consistent! Before adding or changing, he needs to become consistent. He hasn’t made any newbie gains in 3 months. But he also practically said he had a one month break in that time. I don’t know about you, but if I take a long break then I lose some of what I gained if it isn’t cemented. 3 months with a one month break isn’t adequate time for him to cement any gains.

Telling a guy who is still training and conditioning his unit to do more reps or up the intensity is foolish and putting him at risk of injury. He needs to become consistent in his routine to properly condition himself during the newbie phase and make sure he isn’t resting too much, working too much, stressing too much, or at risk for injury. If he hasn’t learned his physical ability, then who are you to encourage him to push further.

That’d be like telling a guy that’s only been benching 200lbs in the gym for 1 month to try 500lbs since he isn’t getting stronger! You’re going to cause him great injury!

Current 12/18/17: 7 1/2" BPEL & 5" MSEG

Goal: BPEL 9” & MSEG 6”

Still fail to realize why people compare PE to weight lifting. They are not nearly the same thing. I’m sure he either figured it out, or forgot about the thread.

Thank you for all the feedback guys. As of now (been a while since I last posted), I have only been consistent with heating and stretching before jelqing 10-15 min and heating afterward for about a month. I have been doing this 2 days on and 1 off for the last month as well. I would say this is my most consistent month. I know a month is not long but am thinking of just changing the intervals to 5 days on and 2 off to work better with my schedule. That shouldn’t be a problem right?

Back when I started and injured myself I was doing 5 on 2 off, but was jelqing too intensely. I know now what my penis can handle in that regard. I occasionally will stretch too hard and get some soreness in my ligament but that is about it.

For clarity sake I earlier mention that my 3 months was about 2 solid. It wasn’t 1 whole month I took off. It was cumulatively more like 3 weeks of taking 4 to 7 days off at a time after getting red spots, bruising and soreness in the ligament several times. Sorry for not being clear about that.

I’ve been wondering if I should start a light routine with a traction device in addition to my jelqing routine. Any thoughts on that?

I wouldn’t do that, not yet. Like what has been previously preached on this thread of yours, less is more for now. Keep doing what your doing, and whenever you have the extra time during your routine, use heat whenever you can. Before your routine, in between stretches, in between jelqs, after your routine, the more the better.

If everything feels good your doing well. Just keep up with your stretching and jelqing. Are you familiar with your PIs? Pay close attention to those. Concentrate on relaxing and breathing during your stretches so that they are of high quality. Concentrate on the form of your jelqs.

I’m sure you will notice gains very soon if you stick with it.
