So I’ve been PEing for about three months now, and I’ve decided to lose my posting virginity and get some feed back. My routine has basically been the newbie routing and is as follows:

10 minutes warm-up
10-15 30 second stretches
150-200 jelqs at 50-80% erection
5 minute warm-down/hot shower

My current measurements are approximately 6.75 in BPEL and 4.9 in EG. I haven’t experienced any significant gains, however my EQ is incredible and I have increased vascularity and better flaccid hang. In fact, the other day my girlfriend commented that I felt thicker, so I’m definitely optimistic. I feel like I have grown, I just haven’t seen the number yet. My question is should I stick with this routine for the time being and maybe increase the number, or should I add more advanced techniques? I enjoy the routine and the results, but I would really like to see some of the gains others have seen.

I have the same doubt

Next month I’ll acomplish my 3 monthes routine, I think I’ve already gain 1cm in lenght, but I’d like to gain more girth.

I’m now 15cm in lenght and 12cm in girth, and like to get 17cm in lenght and 14 in girth.

Hi utguy840,

You say you haven’t experienced any “significant” gains, but you claim incredible EQ, better flaccid and vascularity and above all else a confirmation from your girlfriend that it is working.

It is far better to make these kinds of “insignificant” gains every few months which will add up to a significant gain, while maintaining excellent EQ throughout. Or, you can add more advanced techniques and POSSIBLY report bigger gains or maybe post about a beat-up dick that is not working very well and your girlfriend is frustrated and self-conscious.

I vote stick with what works.

Well when I said significant gains, I meant strictly measuring. Believe me, I’m happy with the great EQ and better flaccid. I guess I’m just wondering when most people add additional exercises? I’m thinking I’ll stick with the same routine for the next few months and maybe add a few reps over time.

I think I am in the same boat as you are in terms of being a newb, so unfortunately I can’t answer that question, but I can give you my opinion. I believe all the guys who did this before us went through the “trial and error” so we wouldn’t have to. Otherwise, they could keep most of the information available here to themselves and reap the benefits while we get by with what we were given at birth.

From that trial and error, the consensus seems to be (from my interpretation of the posts I have read) that it is best to do as little as possible while still observing all of the positive indications that you have noted in your first post of this thread. In my opinion you are well on your way and you shouldn’t change a thing. You should probably take very accurate measurements from this point forward, and then every month ( or whenever you measure ), you will see if you are still gaining. If so, keep going the way you are going. If gains halt, then you should change things up a bit.

That is my understanding, and I hope it is correct because it is the approach I have taken and I hope to build on it.

I didn’t really take very good measurements in the beginning, especially for EG (didn’t have a measuring tape), so I could very well have gained 1/8 inch and not realize it. I’m going to start a log and take measurements every 2-4 weeks. This way I can think more long term and just focus on the positive PIs I’m seeing right now.
