3 Months in. Thinking about clamping.
I completed the newbie routine with an additional Uli, and Inverted V stretch to the mix.
At first I thought I was going to run into trouble when I decided to add in two different things to my routine that aren’t really recommended.
However, It turned out to be just fine, and I didn’t really run into any injury problems or obstacles that hindered my gains.
I made progress, and I am happy about it. The Uli definitely impacted the base of my unit, but MEG and anything up above that
didn’t really change.
I’m thinking about starting to clamp tonight, but I heard there is things that have to be monitored during a session.
My main concern is injuries. I am willing to take this session lightly if only I can evade these injuries. Not really frustrated
to race towards my goal, and I’m really happy so far with the jump in EQ and Girth.
Some questions I had about the clamp is:
When I buy the clamp, do I attach it to the bottom of my base ?
I saw some clamps at menards that were like a buck each, but it looks like you can’t really attach them to the base because part of the clamp(the plastic)
will push out against the pelvic wall due to it’s shape, and loose focus on whatever you are clamping. Now unless some custom
modification such as cutting or trimming is done, then I can actually see it work.
Is this also a good thread to reference clamping ? I assume so because of the starts, lol. But I’d like to hear from the pro’s.
I know there was one made by Big Girtha, but I can’t find that one.
