Hello guys.

I decided to post a thread here rather than at pegym because the people over there just ride around on high horses all day ridiculing the newer people. Its just too frustrating for me.

Anyways,

I’m looking for a veteran to help me alter my routine because obviously it hasn’t worked for me at all.

My 5-6 day a week routine is as follows:

Warm-up soak in bathtub
Directional stretches (30 sec each)
Down, downleft, downright, 25 rotary cranks
Straight out, straight left, straight right, 25 rotary cranks
Straight up, upleft, upright, 25 rotary cranks

Wetjelqs for 15-20 mins
(Id estimate about 150-200 quality jelqs)

And thats it.

It should be noted that I also cut porn and masterbating out of my life completely when I started this routine religiously back in January.

I waited 3 whole months before measuring, only to see nothing new at the end of the measuring tape. :(

Also, I honestly cannot tell you guys what an increase in EQ is. My dick still gets the same amount of erections per day, at the same frequency I always did, with the same hardness they’ve always had. I still wake up with hella massive morning wood like I always have.


Starting stats:

6.1' NBPEL

6' EG

Try 5 day on 2 off
Have the stretches longer for 60 sec, with some more power to it, in the directions you mentioned
Jelq for at least 30 min (30-40 min) try do do more of the slow jelqs keep the erection at 40-50%

The routine takes ca 60 min

I never did rotary cranks for what ever that is.


STARTING: BPEL: 5.7 G: 4.65, NOW: BPEL: 7.48 G: 5.7 GOAL L:8.7 G:6.3 (old goal; L:8.0 G: 6.0)

Do you hang or turtle after your workout? If you turtle you over did it. If you hang you did it perfectly. If your normal then maybe try to do a little more. I would imagine you would see an 8th of an inch by now. Keep on trying, pe does work.


Sept 2020 BPEL 16.5-17.5 cm, BPFLS 17.5-18 cm. Clamped x4+ BPEL 18-19 cm. Head girth 12.5 cm, MSG 16 cm, BG 16.5 to 18 cm

You should do jelqs 2 days on/1 off or 3 on/off. I see you took NBPEL and BEG measurement; how about MSEG and BPEL? BPFSL is also useful. If rotatory cranks are rotatory stretches, those won’t accomplish much (personal opinion).

I would add 2x30 downward fulcrum stretches, then add 1x30 each week.

Marinera, could you explain why you propose a 2 or 3 day on/ 1 day off routine in his case, as opposed to the 5 day on/ 2 day off? What’s the reasoning behind this? Just trying to understand…

I propose a 2on/1 off for jelqs, he can stretch 5 on/ 2 off if he wants. Jelqs are more fatiguing and 5 in a row will be too much for vast majority of people.

No, I usually hang pretty fat afterwards.

My measurements for EG IS midshaft.

Xtreme, I use left/down/right rotary cranks for warmup in my hot routine and I think it works pretty good to loosen up everything to get ready to go, but I never felt that it actually gave a good stretch. I also use cranks when I’m “on routine” every time I use the restroom, about 20 each time just to keep things loose as they’re healing.

Also, I found that just Jelqs and stretching didn’t work. I had to start mixing in the 440 squeezes and am now doing something that I haven’t seen on here yet and will post a description soon if it turns out to work.

When you do your workout, can you feel the girth stretch in the walls of the penis, or the length stretch in deep in the ligs of the penis? If you’re not feeling tingly stretching in the walls then you aren’t using enough pressure (watch out, though, if you get numb then you’ve gone to far!) with the stretching, if you can’t feel that sort of low-level all-over stretched out feeling, then you’re not using enough tension (if you turtle, then it’s too much tension!)

I also do my jelqs very much slower and very few reps. Try hand over hand reverse grip at 90-100% engorgement (not erect, but engorged) in sets of 30 high pressure slow jelqs.

Just my opinion.. And I’m no expert!

Interesting technique, I will have to try you modified version of jelqs.

I’m hesistant to throw in Horse440 squeezes, as I don’t have any interest in girth gains, only length.

I usually pull my stretches until I feel a “pulling” sensation deep inside my fat pad. I then throw a few kegals in just to see my amount of pull and go for feel.

I’m not sure about the “tingly sensation in the walls” you refer to when jelqing, I start em out completely flaccid, and do 1 jelq and 1 hold kegal until I get my erection level up. Typically I try to make myself as “fat as possible” with my flaccid hanging at its biggest, and redish pinkish coloration throughout. I do my jelqs at this level, Id estimate its 50-60% erection level.
