3 months in a have a some questions.

Ok so I’m 3.5 months in to PE and more or less have my own routine which I’m comfortable with.

Morning Routine, bath/shower..
10 minute warmup
5-10 minute stretches (still no lig pops yet).
150 wet jelqs.
25 erect jelqs.

Night Routine..
10 minute hand wrap (warms it up enough for me).
10 minute stretches.
150 dry jelqs.
50 fully erect jelqs.

I sometimes do some kegels and hand pumps too.

5 days on 2 days off.

So far in those 3 months after measuring today I’ve gained 3/4 of a inch in length (6.25” to 7”) which I think is either absolutely amazing or my original measurement was wrong, my erection does look longer though.
I’ve had no girth gains with my routine and this was my original intention.

So getting to my questions which I’m hoping can be explained..

What exercises should be put into my routine for girth? (No device suggestions please, I wish to keep it manual only)
Do stretches contribute towards length gains?
Is a warm down significant and what is it’s purpose?

Ullis, super ullis, clamping, pumping with a wide cylinder, erect jelqs also named as squeezes which is what you are doing should be fine

yes, it seems

I guess is good for external tissues and health in general, just like people go to the jacuzzi or have a hot bath to loosen up muscle stress.

wait for a vets answer but i think you should stick at this routine man, you are having impressive gains. evne if you wanned girth and you ar egainign length only, wait till your gains slow down on length to go for girth. unless you dotn want more length ofc


When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.

As has been said many times before here, it’s working, don’t change a thing. Man, with those gains you have already, I’d go for 8” and then think about girth. You would then be King Shit in any bedroom. I believe girth will always come and is much easier to achieve than length. Best of luck!

Yeah my goal is girth gains but if it keeps getting longer before getting thicker then I’m not going to complain lol.

i did the newbie routine for 2 months it didn’t work for me then i stopped for like 4 months then i made up a routine that i could follow now i’m 40 days in and gained 1/2 inch in length and .1 in girth….


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

it is nice you didnt get discouraged and changed plans.
Why didnt you just increase that newbiw routine ? why did you decide to take a decon break after being PE just for 2 months. And what is that nice effective routine you are doing now man?

i’m focusing on length ….
1min holds in all six directions (with kegles)
V-Stretch-3min
A-stretch-3min
JAI-stretch -3min with kegles and reverse kegles .
and i jelq for 5 min /2 sec per stroke.
DLD blasters (laying down) i only do its 3 times a week for 5 min

It is possible your gains came from erect jelqs or I’d rather say squeezes.
My first and only length gains came when i first did ullis and squeezes, now I’m mainly stretching and jelqing sometimes and seems to be not possible to gain.

Your routine is similar to mine but I do it for more time and I also do all day stretches. I will add some Jai’s .
Nice it is working for you. Most possible you would have gained without having a Decon break
