What is curious: I do not stretch, very little (maybe for that I gain girth), but why I gain length?

I’m sorry if I gave the impression that I never take a break. I’ve taken some deconditioning breaks throughout my four plus years of PE. I merely meant that while in training, I don’t take regular days off. I never did too much manual stretching myself, as I find it to be uncomfortable and very boring. Bicious, I would stick with the newbie routine for another month or so if I were you. Then you can move on to more advanced exercises such as pumping, or clamping if you are after more girth. The best thing for girth, in my case anyway, is jelqing.

Thanks Chainz. What do you say if you will follow BigGirha routine? Try a month his intense routine. I think this will be a begin of end the non too much gain period :) .

Great gains.always remember that a majority of the world says that changing the size of your penis is not possible without surgery.and you just proved that “theory” wrong!! Congrats on the gains. There are those that are hard gainers and those that gain easily and there are always plateaus the strength comes in the ability to never give up on yourself or your goals.all in all, any gain is a great gain! Just my .02

Big Girthas routine is pretty ambitious. I don’t recommend jumping into that strenuous a routine. Start off slowly and see how you respond before going all out. BG was spending pretty much all day clamped, or in some type of stretcher. Golf weights I believe was his weapon of choice. Just be careful. You have plenty of time to get it right, but only one to get it wrong. Be good to your penis and it will be good to you.
