3 months and no gains

I did since may pe with out gains. I want only a stretch routine. Because I don’t want things with lubrication and jelqing makes problems because I’m not cut. What’s the best routine for me?

May 19 - May 27 = 2 x 5 min Normal Stretch

May 30 - June 25 = 4 x 5 min Normal Stretch

June 29 - July 04 = 4 x 5 min Normal Stretch + 2 x 5 min A-stretch

July 05 = 4 x 5 min Normal Stretch

July 06 - August 13 = 6 x 5 min Normal Stretch + 6 x 5 min A-stretch

Maybe stretching isn’t for you. Try JAI stretch. I personally prefer jelq and I am not cut either. Do it in the shower for ~10min, it’s not messy at all and easy to clean up. Also, take some breaks like 2 on 1 off or 5 on 2 off. It might help. Some people here said that overworking creates problems.
