3 month report
I started PE 3 months ago, and thought it to be appropriate to post my gains and my routine. I have been doing the newbie routine:
5 min warm up with hot towel
5 min manual stretches (30sec in all directions)
10-15 min wet jelqs (did 5 minutes for the first month)
5 min warm down
Starting measurements: Feb 17, 2010: BPEL 6.29” and EG 4.72”
Current measurements: May 21, 2010: BPEL 6.49” and EG 4.92”
I have reached somewhat of a plateau the last 4-6 weeks, and therefore I will start modifying the newbie routine with what works best for me. I’ll likely increase the time I jelq and add a few girth exercises and stretch routines.
