3 Days In - A Question
I’ve gone through 2-3 months of Newbie Routine PE before, but I’ve had a lot happen since then (and did dry jelqs instead of wet jelqs), so wanted to ask some questions to make sure I’m doing things right and not risking injury.
Here is my simple routine:
5 minute warm-up with heating pad
Manual stretches (up, right, down, left, holding 30 seconds, repeat)
100 2-3 second jelqs
Starting to kegal now (50 2 second holds)
5 minute warm-down with heating pad
So far my EQ has not changed, but I have not hit my first rest day (which is tomorrow). Here are a few things I’m noticing. I believe they are all ok, but thought I would check.
1. I exercise shortly after PE. I notice during and after my exercise I’m usually turtled. I’m assuming this is somewhat normal as blood is flowing to other parts of my body to help the muscles recover. Correct?
2. I notice when I sit down I turtle more often. Is this common?
3. Is it best to kegal when flaccid, turtled, erect, etc?
So far I have not noticed any negative PI’s, but it is still early on. I need to start paying attention to night wood and morning wood more often (know I woke up with one this morning, although not incredibly hard, still there).
Also, I’m wondering if my diet my have some effect. The diet I’m on now is higher protein and lesser carb, but I’m not consuming an incredibly low amount of carbs (under 200 grams a day though). Will this have an effect on EQ?
