I started at bp 5.96 and 4.9 around. I have been doing the newbie routine but feel now maybe there is something else that will help with gains. What should I be changing ? Or should I stick with newbie and will I get gains with it?

How long on the newbie routine?

You’ll hear this very popular quote alot here, “If its not broke, dont fix it”. You have only been doing this for 2 weeks. Its recomended that you only do the newbie routine for a lease 2 months before moving to more advances techniques. Its ok if you haven’t seen and results, it’s only your second week. Just make sure your doing to newbie routine right and keep at it.

Usaly members get good gains at the bigging becuase it boost your EQ. just keep at it. first thing you’ll notcie is better harder errections. Then gains. If you noticed better EQ just keep up the newbie routine cuz your techinacally gaining.

Current stat = NBPEL - 6.235", BPEL - 7.000".. Mid EG - 5.063".. Base EG - 5.750" BPSFL - 7.3125 ------ Old stats = NBPEL - 6.000", Mid EG - 5.000

Goal stat = NBPEL - 7.750", BPEL - 8.250".. Mid EG - 6.000".. Base EG - 6.500" ------ Goal Length gains - 1.515". Girth gain - 1.000"

Just like people said, keep it for at least 2 to 3 months. If you didn’t gain, at least you condition your unit so that you can go for more intense workout
