2nd week into PE
I just started with PE my main goal is to get about half inch of girth and 1 inch of length.
Right now I’m in the second week of my newbie routine. I’m starting with a 5 minute worm up and massage. Then going for 1 stretch in each direction, 40 jelqs, 10 kegels, than ending with a lite massage.
What do you guys think? Any suggestions for me?
