2nd Attempt At PE

I looked up a similar PE site back in the late 1990’s before I finished puberty. I was a pretty late bloomer, around age 17 I hit the rest of my growth spurt. I found this site today and PE’d according the the newbie guide. I hope I can stick with it and see some gain. Anyways, the site back then said to wait two hours after ejaculating to PE, and to rest two hours after PE to ejaculate. Is this still a good guideline?

I’m new to forums and stuff, and I could not find an answer to the above question. I have some more questions because I’m a curious guy and I’ve learned not to assume:

1. Should I measure with a fabric ruler and what bone is involved while measuring?

2. Does ejaculation affect when you can PE?

3. Is there a stretch I can do discretely while sitting at work? I saw the belt around the leg one, that would be noticed. I’m a mechanic and some days are pretty active.

Measure the length with a straight ruler against the pubic bone. Measure the girth with a fabric ruler, measure mid-shaft but you may also want to track base girth, glans girth and maybe girth just below the glans.

If it affects your ability to get an erection then yes. As long as you have enough of a break before hand, you should be alright.

That’s an ADS system you are talking about, there are also extenders to look at but I would suggest that you attempt to firstly understand the limits of your penis under stress and secondly get as far as you can with a manual routine. It may get you all the way to your goals.

Thanks for the reply memento. I have a metal ruler and that was uncomfortable. For the girth, I just spun the ruler around. I’ll pick up a fabric ruler and update my information.

Try a thicker ruler for length. I can see a metal one causing problems. You can also cut it, so zero is at the end of the ruler if you want. That doesn’t matter as much if you always use the same ruler, because you’re trying to measure gains rather than size. Yeah, a fabric tape measure is much better for girth.
