Hey guys, I haven’t measured in a while, but I’m pretty sure I have no gains. That’s fine, I wasn’t expecting any, but I want to know if I can up the ante a bit.

My routine now:

5 minute warm up (when I can.. Sometimes it’s not possible time wise)
5 minutes stretches (technically 10 stretches, 30 seconds each)
10 minutes wet jelq (I don’t count)
I usually skip the kegels.

I have no negative PI’s, to my knowledge the only PI’s at all are the occasional purple spot on shaft or on the glans, which go away quickly.. And also a longer and thicker flaccid for about 30 minutes after the work out. I’m also way hornier.

Let me know what you guys think.

I’d say to take a full set of measurements to actually see if you’ve made any gains. It’s possible that you did and you don’t realize it.

You can then plan your next step accordingly.

Holy #$%& you’re right, I definitely gained in girth. It’s a tiny gain but I’m now just over 4.5” and I’ve checked meticulously. Not sure about length but all I know is I’m one step closer to being “average” which is my dream. Maybe if I get to 5” in girth I’ll get drunk and show up at my ex’s apartment and say “who’s below average now?”

But my question would be.. Titleist says I shouldn’t change a thing but the rest of you say it’s possible to do that. What about 3 days on and 1 day off?

That depends. If you get micro injury they you need time to repair that. If you are going to continue to damage that even more then at minimum that won’t heal and grow until next rest and at maximum you are going to harden. So rest is quite important and how much you need would depend on intensity.
