2 weeks in and a funny injury

I have a bubble in a vein or nerve on the top side of the penis shaft about 1 inch from the base. It is right about where the pvc pipe from the hanger I made pressed on the penis at the bottom of the hanger.

The bubble or blockage can be massaged mostly away,but it returns in minutes. The vein or nerve is thick leading to the bubble and then after it it is very thin the rest of the way to the top of the shaft. Not sure what to do , other than go to the doc. It doesn’t hurt or affect any thing in my life, it is just a bit of a worry and I wondered if anyone has had a similar issue. Of course also how it was resolved as well. Thanks for any input.

Icky icky, I hate that. Blaaah. I do, where I grip my shit on stretches. I hate it… I want it to go away.
