I ve not enough time to make stretch+jelq in 1 session.

I wanna try; morning :stretch 30 min

evening :jelq 30 min

Make sure you warm up and down!! But yeah I can’t see why not, it will just take longer to see gains

It’s not a bad idea at all. I would even disagree with SS86 and state that while there is the possibility that this could hinder your own potential for max gains at this time, there’s also the potential your body could respond positively to the split routine. Try it out, and post your results.


Start: 6/30/2007 - (NBPEL 6.25", BPEL - 7"), (Mid EG 5.25") (Base EG 5 3/4")

11/10/2007 - (NBPEL 6.75", BPEL - 7.5"), (Mid EG 5.5") (Base EG 6")

Goal: 7.5 NBPEL, 6" Midshaft EG

I used to do that for a bit, from what I went through it didn’t effect how fast my gains were coming on. My only tip is to make sure you give yourself a full erection after stretching to bring the blood back in.


Current: BPEL - 7.375", NBPEL - 6 1/8" - 6 1/4", EG - 5.375"

Goals (Modest): BPEL - 7 3/4", EG - 5 3/4"

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

On many days, according to what I have planned, I may not have time to do my PEing all in one session. So, some days I am forced to split my routine and do some in the morning and the rest in the afternoon or at night.

But, don’t forget to do the warm-ups and warm-downs. It’s important.

I think that some of these exercises work better together than separately. So, if you are going to do two sessions a day, I would suggest stretching AND jelqing in the first session, and stretching AND jelqing in the second session.

Personally, I like stretching as a warmup to jelqing.
