2 questions

So I am new to this and I’m wondering about frequency of exercise and after exercises. How many times a day should you do the routine. I’ve done my routine 2 1/2 times a day and haven’t seen any signs that I’m over training. Is this to much? Also what about after masturbating after exercises? Should this be avoided or does it matter?

Follow the newbie routine, or less of it if necessary. And as far as masturbation goes, go for it. It isn’t going to effect it one way or another. Some guys masturbate before hand so the erection levels can be maintained.

jb560, I concur with sunshinekid and westla90069, about taking it easy. This is not a race, take it easy and don’t over train. I do have my reservations about masturbating and exercising. Do your exercises, wait awhile and then masturbate later. I just think you have to focus on the exercise and not the sexual thing. Don’t get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with masturbating, but I feel exercising and pleasure (masturbating) can ruin your mind set on what you want to accomplish as far as growth. In otherwords, some here think they have to get themselves off in order to PE or as a celebration after PEing. To each their own, but I think one would get better results by focusing on what they are after. In my opinion, you either masturbate or exercise, focus.

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

Well even though there are more than two questions, it pertains to two topics. So in essence the original 2 questions was then divided into sub-categories containing additional questions. Lampwick I appreciate your school like approach to my inquiries.

I think its too much based on my experience. This past summer I had a couple of weeks with plenty of extra time. I started doing exercises 2 times a day and after day 3 my penis was hurting. Especially towards the glans. Make matters worse my flaccid was less noticeable and my penis seemed not as big as before additional exercises.

I have a couple questions for you.
How long have you been doing the 2 1/2 times a day? How does you feel?

Cock Kent asks some good questions. It’s hard to say whether or not you’re doing too much without knowing what routine you are doing 2 1/2 times a day.

Ultimately, whether you are doing too much or not can be measured by whether you are seeing gains, and your PIs (Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!). I would recommend that you read the PI thread if you have not done so already.

Opinions are mixed on masturbating afterward. You will have to be the ultimate judge of that for yourself, based on what results you see.

I’ve been doing the routine 2 1/2 for a couple of days. I took one day off because of work, but I’m actually about to resume. My schedule gives me a lot of time off and alone to perform the routine as I feel fit. After the first two days I was noticing my flaccid state appeared larger and my erect state was the biggest I’ve ever seen. I was anxious to go have sex with someone so I went out on the hunt only to be called into work, so I will have to continue the hunt another day. As far as the length gains and pain. I haven’t had any pain yet which caused to much discomfort, I’ve had some but I wasn’t sure if it was from the exercises or masturbating. I try not to masturbate after the exercises, but I’m just a VERY VERY horny individual. So as much as I would like to put the theory of whether masturbation after affects or not. I will only be able to speak for those of us who just have to do it. I hope I answered your question and I appreciate everyones help and input.

I have tried just 3 days in a row twice and had some issues the second go. Some fatigue and minor pain. Thats at 1 time a day.

It wasn’t until the 3rd day of the 2nd 3 dayer I got the negative reaction. Had to back off for 2 days.

So from my experience your probably looking at negative PIs at some point in the near future which might take you out of the game for a couple of days or more.

But everyone is different. But I have been hearing alot of pain issues recently.
