jb560, I concur with sunshinekid and westla90069, about taking it easy. This is not a race, take it easy and don’t over train. I do have my reservations about masturbating and exercising. Do your exercises, wait awhile and then masturbate later. I just think you have to focus on the exercise and not the sexual thing. Don’t get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with masturbating, but I feel exercising and pleasure (masturbating) can ruin your mind set on what you want to accomplish as far as growth. In otherwords, some here think they have to get themselves off in order to PE or as a celebration after PEing. To each their own, but I think one would get better results by focusing on what they are after. In my opinion, you either masturbate or exercise, focus.
