First when jelqing does it matter if I am in a reclined position jelqing up vs standing/sitting position jelqing down/straight out? I ask because it is more comfortable to recline and jelq up but if it is not the proper technique I can adjust.

Second, when I do my kegel exercises my right testicle retracts about an inch and looks like it is trying to go up into my body. Is this normal?

Do the jelqing whichever way is comfortable for you. The main thing is to stretch your unit without harming it. So providing it is comfortable and you don’t bruise or get inflamation - carry on.

There’s not much you can do about it as the muscle is pulling it. Again, providing it is not painful go ahead. If it does become painful then ease off the pressure , or if necessary stop doing it.

I find that during sex in general when ejaculating the testicles are pulled way up next top my body and sometimes get trapped between me and my girlfriend.. Seems to be part of the squeezing mechanism.

During sexual arousal my balls move up a little higher also I think that’s just how some men are built. If you think about it, it puts the balls in a easier position to ejaculate.

I read a long time ago that a secret move to postponing ejaculation is pulling your balls downward when you get too close to the PONR. They absolutely go up as they approach the PONR.

I ‘field tested’ this theory and it does work for me. But I have to do it well before the PONR, and with increasing frequency, until even that trick fails, but I can usually get another 5 or 10 minutes out of it. It’s best during doggie style because the wife doesn’t wonder what the heck I’m doing.

Speaking of tricks to delay orgasm: I noticed a trick in porno that I field tested as well. It may be the most powerful method I’ve ever tried. When going doggie style, put one hand casually on your hip, like your standing in line to buy groceries. It calms your whole body down. Your kegels relax a little, and you don’t get over worked up. I love that move.
