2 Months in NEWBIE routine

Hello guys.. I need your help.. I have been in newbie routine since mid January and my gains are these: I went from 16 x 13.5 to 17 x 14.2 cm BPEL and EG.. I would like to know if the gains have to do mostly with a better EQ which is obvious or we can say that they are real gains.. My routine consists 5-10 min warm up in the shower, some helicopter shakes.. Stretching in 5 directions 30-40 secs hold x 4 reps.100 kegels of 5 secs.. And jelqing about 120-160 of 2-3 secs and maybe 2 or 3 horse squeezes.. Usually I work 2 days in a row and rest the 3rd but sometimes I may rest 2 days in a row as I consider healing very important to the whole procedure.. I am planning to continue the routine and complete 3 months of PEing.. I need suggestions what to do after this routine. Do I need to rest and for how long?

If you’re still making gains with the routine after the three months, continue with what you’re doing. Your routine seems very respectable, also. :)

I personally consider a lot of my own gains to possibly being increased EQ. My initial measurements were done at a time when my EQ was suffering badly. Probably altering them a bit? That’s a reason why I don’t jump for joy about what I have accomplished in the size department. More so on what I have accomplished with my EQ.

I can’t say what the gains are for you, personally. I’m sure they could be a mix of both, if you’ve been suffering with EQ issues. At least that’s what I feel I have done with myself. Increasing my EQ has given me gains that were there all the time, I just wasn’t getting hard enough to see them. Plus I have been able to add some real gains on top of it. Just what I think?

Thanks a lot man.. Today to be honest I found the time to read and be focus about your work in PE.. Great work indeed.. I have to admit as a newbie here with just 2 months in PE that your training and dedication is quite inspiring..

I will try my best to find my self using all these techniques and thoughts, first off all to be a better person in the future and secondly to be a greater man in any way..

I really believe in this training or education or anything can anybody tell it..

I am sorry also for my English sometimes because l am not a native speaker.. It is my second language but I find it rather cool to talk with you guys and become better in this section as well..

And also, don’t worry about your English. I understand you just fine and in fact it’s very good. It’s better than some native speakers can write, especially these days. At least you know a second language. It’s more than I can say for myself.
