2 Months in NEWBIE routine
Hello guys.. I need your help.. I have been in newbie routine since mid January and my gains are these: I went from 16 x 13.5 to 17 x 14.2 cm BPEL and EG.. I would like to know if the gains have to do mostly with a better EQ which is obvious or we can say that they are real gains.. My routine consists 5-10 min warm up in the shower, some helicopter shakes.. Stretching in 5 directions 30-40 secs hold x 4 reps.100 kegels of 5 secs.. And jelqing about 120-160 of 2-3 secs and maybe 2 or 3 horse squeezes.. Usually I work 2 days in a row and rest the 3rd but sometimes I may rest 2 days in a row as I consider healing very important to the whole procedure.. I am planning to continue the routine and complete 3 months of PEing.. I need suggestions what to do after this routine. Do I need to rest and for how long?
