I’ve been doing the newbie routine for roughly 2 months now

- 5 minute hot shower
- 5 minute stretching (2 sets of up, down, left, right, forward 30 sec each)
- 15 minute dry jelqing at 40-90% around 3-5 seconds each
- 5 minute hot shower
- 50 kegels held for 5 seconds

I also do kegels throughout the day and some fowfers if I have to sit in one place for
An extended time. I also take L-arginine just to help EQ along.

Despite all this I have not had any concrete gains, possibly only 0.1” to length that
MAY be just a measuring error. I feel “harder” but girth has stayed the same at 4.5”. I’m

I wouldn’t worry much bro, it really takes time for results to show. 2 months is really not that much time , I would say for you to keep your routine for another couple of months and then evaluate things from there.

I know it might be frustrating but this stuff takes time, just don’t give up. If after 4 months total with that routine you still have 0 gains we can begin working from there.

Are you experiencing fatigue post-workout? If not, or if you are having a hard time identifying what fatigue is, I would recommend focusing on how your penis feels after a workout and adjusting the intensity either up or down to induce fatige.

Also, dry jelqing at such a high erection level is NOT a length exercise - in fact, to me it is not an exercise at all, its just jerking off.

My advice: switch to wet jelq and never exceed 50 % erection and leave the intensity the same. If that does not work increase the duration of your stretch to 10-15 minutes.

2 months I would say is just enough time to condition your unit for PE.
Keep it going for 2 more months and I suspect you will see some pleasant gains.

It’s just a hurdle you have to get over.

Like WhiskeyFish said, maybe you should switch to wet jelqs, and also try to do it with a lower erection. He also gave interesting advice about fatigue.

I haven’t been able to stick with a routine, so I haven’t gained other than with lig pops and stretching years ago. I need to read about fatigue too, and discipline.

Fatigue? I’m not entirely sure what that is but as I do my jelqs my unit feels plumper and it feels more strained to maintain
An erection. I jelq until I visibly see the head expand then release and redo.

Increasing stretch time seems like a good idea - I feel my flaccid gains mainly come from stretching.

Also notice that the flaccid gains from stretching/jelqing disappear in 2-3 days of resting

Is it really that temporary?

I’d also suggest adding wet jelqs and you might consider an extender or ADS. After a couple of more months conditioning your penis you can start with hanging.

Try using IR heat 5-10 minutes, also I try to jelq with the lowest possible erection. It usually makes my penis hang lower after I am done with PE

Adding heat is a good idea.

Go up on stretching - at least 10 minutes, even 15 after one 4-6 weeks; add fulcrums stretches - ‘V’ and ‘A’ stretches, this kind of things.

Switch regularly from dry-jelqs to wet jelqs: 4 weeks dry, 4 weeks wet; with wet jelqs, you should go higher on numbers (or time, depending on what you count).

If in another 2 months span you don’t see any gains, time to reconsiderate things - maybe switching to hanging/pumping/etc.

This is just my perspective.After doing the newbie routine for 3 mo. ,not consistently, I gained .6”.
However, I exercised more often than you. Mostly every day I did some type of PE. Not aggressively.
Just pee pulls and such.Paid attention to my morning wood as that was my clue to over doing it. Which I have done. LOL!! You know, it feels good to PE. Maybe I’m just a dick hound!!
Less IS more !! Keep pulling!!

Improving my Best Friend in 3 Dimensions.

I would do manual stretches for at least 10 minutes at a time. I also think the angle of stretch is important. If you pull more up it targets the tunica but if you pull down it targets the ligaments more.


Starting size 6.5 x 5.5

3 Months into PE 7.25 x 5.5

I think, maybe you’re doing to many jelqs. I would recommend you to try doing just 100 of them and really carefully feel how it feels in the penis every time. It shall feel good.
