2 months and no gains?

2 months and no gains?

2 months ago I started doing the newbie routine (Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine), with the recommended 2 days on / 1 off. Did it at night before I went to bed, warmed up in the bathroom and did the stretching/jelqing in my bedroom so I can be more comfortable and have TV to pass the time. When I started I was super excited, I’ve read progress reports about guys gaining up to an inch after a few months of just the newbie routine, while I know not all guys gain that much, I was extremely disappointed the first time I measured after 1 month and there was no difference at all in length or girth. Any excitement I had was killed.

Early into the 2nd month I started adding these DLD blasters to my routine (DLD Blasters…Un-Real Length Gains), the first 3 steps anyway, I just can’t seem to do step 4.
Around the same time I changed the normal wet jelqing to the jelqing 2.0 I learned about here Tom Hubbard’s ONE THING newbie challenge
After the 2nd month I measured again and still there was no difference in either the length or girth I started with.

Now I know some guys are slow gainers, but mine isn’t gaining even a little bit. So my question is, does PE simply not work for me? If it hasn’t worked for two months, is there even a reason to bother continuing it in hopes that it will suddenly start working? I think of that “insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results” line.

think you should go back to the newbie routine and just increase time slightly week after week. If after a month or two that doesn’t work change something. There is not magic formula neither we can see how you perform exercises, so hard to guess why things are not working for you. Switching to TH’ one thing wasn’t a good idea IMO.

That’s only my advice but…
Make one week break or might few days just be enough.
If you did like Tom Hubbard exercises go back to it.
Focus on making those correct and slow.
Take your time.
You can at first two weeks reduce them to two sessions morning and late afternoon-or like you do before sleep.
I know that last exercise is hard to make correct but if you do you will see effect of bigger glans right after session.
Don’t put too much force. Relax and breath.

You might be also person who needs less to get more.
Make at least one day off.

I didn’t make gains since February and two weeks ago Bang 0,5 cm Bang 0,5cm yesterday.

Be patient and be sure you are making them correct.

Don’t put too much at the beggining. Because if you do you wont be able to see which thing wotks best for you.

I wasn’t able to gain for 6 months before i quit. When i got back into the game i simply found something that worked for me (not jelqing).

If you’re not able to gain in another month i advise you to try new things (like the dld blasters you tried).

First off who every said they gained 1 inch in a month is lying. 1 Inch takes about a 8-12 months , After 2 months there should be some gains nothing major like 0.5 inches but something. Make sure your doing it right , Warm up , 5-10mins Stretch, and 15-20 Jelq should be good for you if you been at it for 2 months.

Yeah my glans gets bigger during and after wet jelqing, though it’s back to normal by the time I’m done with the warm down.
And, I already take one day off after every two days
So, you did suddenly get .5 cm after over a month of nothing with no changes to routine?

What was the thing that worked for you?

I did change this and that.

My thought is rather i didn’t do it right.

Too much force and too quick.

This thread has help me a lot

Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

Also you can read Sparkyx less is more thread.

I find his threads and posts most useful.

According to that PIs thread, I never had any negative or positive PI, but I did some neutral ones like redness and spotting after jelqing.
Perhaps I was over training, stretching too hard and too much force with jelqing. I never felt pain and it’s not like I was pulling or squeezing with all my might, so I didn’t think I was over doing it.
To take advice from you and that thread, I’ll take a short break, maybe another day or week, and restart the newbie routine with 5m stretch and 10m jelq and use less force this time.
