I just read Sparkyx “Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!”

He has neutral PI’s which are:
-slight achyness in your penis

I do not feel anything afterwards.

I believe I am doing okay for how hard I am stretching and jelqing. Had a few spots after the session but went away the next day.

Am I not stretching/jelqing hard enough? Most posts are saying do not go overboard and work it too hard as it is a conditioning process.

Just not sure why I am not feeling any soreness, like how you feel after doing a good gym session.

Any ideas?

You don’t always feel It, If you feel your doing ok then carry on. Don’t over think things and just stay consistent. Totally different to a gym session so try not to think of them in the same way.
