Cementing means tapering off PE as to make sure what you’ve gained isn’t lost over time.

Usually decreasing frequency over time until a maintenance routine is hit. Chances per individual.

No actual cement involved.

Because you might mess up the results. There are two different kinds of 2% milk. One is 37% and the other is 38%

When I did do it, I got .5 in length. That took me from 6.5NBP to 7 NBP
