2 12 evenings only

As the title says, I only have about 2 1/2 evenings per week to perform PE. Right now I am only jelqing and hanging, but I would also like to add clamping or any other girth exercise. I just don’t know if it would make sense and even I worry, if I don’t put too much stress on my penis for 2 1/2 evenings (about 3hrs each) and then I rest for too long. Any help would be appreciated.
