I really think that my penis will be able to support a heavier routine (in amount of days). I started PE two weeks ago 2 days on and 1 off and it seems it’s not very “effective”.

Should I turn to 3 days on and 1 off? I don’t have any trouble in changing it.

Try it and see if it works for you. What is “not effective” about it? You will have to experiment with the number of days on and days off in conjunction with number of consecutive days on etc. It will change over time. For example, when I first started 2 and 1 was too much so I did 1 and 1. Now I typically do five days and 1 or 2 off. Don’t underestimate the power of days off.
