1st post, I have A Question
I’ve been reading and reading and, I get confused.
I am 6.75 BPEL and 5.75 eg, 5.75 nbp I think, (yes I’m over weight) I’m only really looking for length.
Some of you guys say do strecthing excersize for length, others say jelqs and strecthing for length.
I have all the time in the world for PE’ing, I see it like dieting, if you keep at it YOU will get where you want to be.
What I want is 7.50 nbp, any ideas?
I have not been doing any PE’ing since I beame a member, I wanted to try and get as much info as I can on the excersizes I have to do.
Any advice will be great.
