1st post, I have A Question

I’ve been reading and reading and, I get confused.

I am 6.75 BPEL and 5.75 eg, 5.75 nbp I think, (yes I’m over weight) I’m only really looking for length.

Some of you guys say do strecthing excersize for length, others say jelqs and strecthing for length.

I have all the time in the world for PE’ing, I see it like dieting, if you keep at it YOU will get where you want to be.

What I want is 7.50 nbp, any ideas?

I have not been doing any PE’ing since I beame a member, I wanted to try and get as much info as I can on the excersizes I have to do.

Any advice will be great.

Hi Stinger. Welcome to Thunders. I would suggest that you start with the newbie routine for at least the first couple of months. Good luck to you.

Then, BPEL:7.500"x5.500"

Now, BPEL:8.375"X6.750"

There’s no getting around it, you are a beginner, so you start at the beginning. Like Peter said, the newbie routine, manual stretching and jelqing. Take it easy and do it right and get conditioned properly.

If you have never, PEed before; then you need to start with the newbie routine. And stay with it for a long time. Purpose is to condition your dick so that it can take additional stress brought on from the advanced exercises.

Rome wasn’t built in a day. And you aren’t going to change your dick size in a few days, weeks, months, and sometimes years. But to work you have to devote a lot of time and effort and you can change your dick size.

From your starting stats: you are above average. Should make you feel good about that. I am only 6.5 ebpl and 5 eg. Have gained an 1 inch both directions but that has been with 4-5 years of PEing.

Patience, Time, and Don’t hurt yourself. The recover time is awful.

Your goal is realistic, but I would suggest that you break it down into steps: say, ½” in 6 months, or whatever you feel is realistic based on your current physical condition.

I’m not sure what you’re confused about, but most guys start out with manual exercises, then work up to some of the more elaborate devices that can be hung from the penis. :D If you’re not sure how to perform some of the techniques, check out the “Thunder’s Place Video Series” for a demonstration.


Hi Stinger, welcome to the forum. I just wanted to confirm what these four fine gentlemen have said about starting out on the newbie routine, and I’d like to add that if you loose weight, you’ll gain dick size too (NBP anyways). I lost quite a bit of weight a couple of years ago and it was the best PE exercise I ever did. :)

The newbie routine isn’t just for conditioning your dick, it can also yield you some pretty impressive gains (not guaranteed, but some members experience spectacular gains just from manual stretches and wet jelqs).

Some will tell you to stay with the newbie routine for a couple of months then move on, but I slightly disagree. I say stick with it for 2 months minimum regardless of gains, and if you do recieve good gains from it, continue doing the newbie routine till your gains start to dry up.
