1st Post, a few questions.
I found this site just recently after searching around Google for some advice I’ve been after :)
My current erect penis size varies from 6.5 - 7 inches depending on my state of erection. My girth is around 4.5-5 inches again depending on the hardness of my bone.
I’m looking to make my erection a constant 7 at least, and my girth a solid 5 and a bit. I’m looking for some simple exercises which I can use to safely make this gain over whatever period of time it takes.
I feel that my penis is average, and it does the trick where needed, but I just think it would be nice to have a bit more length and thickness, a little more area y’know?
What kind of exercises would you recommend for a total newbie like me? What kind of precautions do I need to take, and how will performing these exercises effect masturbation and orgasm before and after exercise?
I apologise if this has already been covered, I looked around and found a whole bunch of exercises to use but I felt I’d best ask people who’ve been doing this a while on what would work for a casual gain.
Also, with jelqing, I think I may have some difficulty maintain a 40-50% erection. I cannot repeatedly stroke my penis for long without it getting very hard. Is there some kind of technique for keeping a soft boner? Or will it get easier to maintain a steady level of erection over time?
