1st 6 month gains
Went from 5.25 x 4.75 to 5.50 x 5.00 after first 6 months of PE. Mostly used the Jez-Extender for the 1st 4 months and then discovered Thundersplace and LPSG and started doing stretching and Jelq techniques. Would say that most of the growth as occured the last 2 months.
Thanks for everyones advice that I have seen here. Just have one question: What is the “best” overall routine to use for maximum growth, for both length and width? I know that different techniques work for different people but just trying to maximize time/effort for the greatest return.
Have been doing this routine (1x morning, 1x night - same routine)
2-4 min stretching (most butt-stretch)
10-15 min Jelq.
Any advice would be appreciated!
