1st 6 month gains

Went from 5.25 x 4.75 to 5.50 x 5.00 after first 6 months of PE. Mostly used the Jez-Extender for the 1st 4 months and then discovered Thundersplace and LPSG and started doing stretching and Jelq techniques. Would say that most of the growth as occured the last 2 months.

Thanks for everyones advice that I have seen here. Just have one question: What is the “best” overall routine to use for maximum growth, for both length and width? I know that different techniques work for different people but just trying to maximize time/effort for the greatest return.

Have been doing this routine (1x morning, 1x night - same routine)

2-4 min stretching (most butt-stretch)
10-15 min Jelq.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Up the stretching time and jelqing time. Jelqs are the most valuable PE exercise so jelqing is essential :)


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

I say increase the stretching and add some type of warm up and down.

I never jelq unless I am about to stick my purple rocket in my chick. I have gained mostly from clamping. I have increased my stretching routine with great success. No one routine works for everyone.

The best overall routine is the routine that produces the desired results for YOU.

That said, I think the Newbie Routine here Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine would probably have you increasing your stretching, adding a bit to your jelqing, and adding some kegels.

At the time could remember what it was called so I called it “butt stretch”. Found the technical term for it - BTC stretch.


23-11-06: 5.25 x 4.75 NBPEL 23-11-07: 5.70 x 5.00 NBPEL

23-5-07: 5.50 x 5.00 NBPEL

Goal: 7.25 x 6.00 NBPEL Stretch Goal: 8.00 X 6.00 NBPEL
