Hi guys

Trying out this forum as it seems to be the one that is most referred to almost everywhere else related to PE (including other forums that I’ve been fairly active on and gained most of my advice from).

Firstly, my goal has always been increased flaccid girth and length. Yes, I know it goes hand-in-hand with erect gains, but I wanted to be a show-er rather than a grower.

I started PE in September 2014 with JP90 and for about a year I did a few modifications on it after finishing, and some other manual exercises. I also subscribed to an online coach for a bit, but nothing came out of that. I gained about 0.5” BPEL in this time.

I think started hanging with Bib hanger (BTC, as per the guidelines) in August 2015. I can’t say I ever enjoyed it. It was ridiculously uncomfortable, sometimes painful and landed up giving me crazy discolouring on the upper side of my shaft. Eventually on 1 March this year, I couldn’t handle it any longer. My penis felt chewed and I had to stop. I got up to 5 sets of 20min 14lb. As for gains? None..

I have been on a decon break since (so about a month, as of writing this post). I’ve also done a fair amount of research, as always, and decided to give one last try to a (hanging) device and, following all the great feedback, I’ve bought an LG hanger that is in the post and should be arriving tomorrow.

The sad thing is that even after 18 months of solid PE, consistent with programs, etc I have nothing to show. My flaccid is probably *smaller* than before, and I have this horrible discolouration from the Bib hanger that I am still trying to heal with Arnica. It seems to be (VERY) slowly going away.

My question to you more experienced guys, who have seen gains and maintained them, especially in flaccid length are:

1) What would you recommend to increase flaccid length and girth (happy if it is in stages I.e. Length and then girth)?
2) If you know anything about it, was the LG a good purchase vs. The Bib?
3) Is this shrinkage I’ve had since starting my decon break normal? My worry is that once I reach my goal, and stop, it will all disappear just like it seems to have now. Does cementing prevent this?

Again, the goal is to improve my flaccid length and girth to maximum potential and the intention is that the LG will help with the flaccid side of things, before focussing on girth. I’m not actually shy in bed as I am happy with my erect size, but my flaccid size really gets to me and I want to be able to walk in an open shower area or even naked in front of my girlfriend with pride.

Sounds like to intense or frequent of a routine. After your break, I’d look into pumping with constant heat.

Sounds like you have been beating a dead dog… and dead dogs are not well known for growing.

Rest and recovery are important. A healthy and happy penis should be your first goal. Then gains should come.

Thanks both. I do have a Bathmate x30. So you’re saying to get a permanent heavy flaccid that just doing a pumping routine would yield better results?

Dead dog? Haha that made me chuckle. With the bib it felt like dog mince to be honest.

Heat is a must at your case, because heat stimulate flaccid hang. Cock ring might help you aswell.

Since you just de-conditioned yourself, start slowly with the Linear Newbie Routine. Who knows, you can even be a "less is more" kind of guy (maybe that’s why you didn’t gain earlier).

Great advice from everyone. If you do decide to go the pumping route, I’d suggest a different pump than the Bathmate IMO.

I know for me using a BiB hanger beat the heck out of my dick and destroyed my EQ. Take a very slow approach to whatever you decide and monitor your progress by what your dick is telling you on a daily basis.

I’ve been at PE for about 3 years and I can now say that I know what I’m doing. It can take a long time. Research, apply heat, be consistent, record, and monitor. Adjust if need be.

So I should forget giving the LG hanger a shot? The feedback seems to be positive for it.

Will the above (heat, linear newbie, possible pumping) lead to a permanent long flaccid?

You will have to find what exercise(s) work on you. Linear Newbie Routine is to get you conditioned (gains might show up while at it). Heat (warm penis) is a must in your case.

Even after reaching your goal, a maintenance routine is recommended. If you quit completely from PE, you will either loose some of the hard earned size or return to the natural size.
