18, Erection problem

So last night..

Went out to an ex’s house, not much of a drinker but decided to get drunk.usually when I drink my erection problem is increased. Last night it actually got up pretty good id say 7/10. Still only lasted about 5 min very disappointing , and woke up in the morning with a harder than normal morning wood. I just don’t understand. I’m really determined to tackle this problem it’s ruining my life as much as I’m trying not to let it.

How often do you ejaculate?

My erections used to be weak before I started PE, but Since I have maintained a PE program I have been able to see a large improvement, but more importantly so has my girlfriend. I think part of my problem that you may share in common with me was poor circulation and weak cardio. I have started taking L-arginine like many here have recommended and doing strong cardio work outs and it has made a world of difference. Also Kegel Kegel Kegel! These are the key to erection strength, even if you don’t do anything else, these are easy to do and can really boost your performance.

I’m no chemist, but it’s my understanding that Arginine is the precursor to Nitric Oxide. NO is what creates the pressure that you claim to lack. Therefore, taking up to 5,000 MG of Arginine daily could do you some good. I used to get a liquid form in a big orange bottle with Da Vinci’s image of man’s proportions. I didn’t see anything about vegetables or fruits in your diet or overlooked it. Sometimes if I skip out on those my erections actually end up going down.

This is because your problem is psychosomatic. At least it sounds it to me. The mind is capable of all kinds of bad things especially in this department. I, for one, never have, and probably never will, get morning erections and I haven’t had a raging uncontrollable boner since I was YOUR age.

However, I get hard when I have sex and can go for hours and hours. I believe, 100%, you don’t have a physical problem. My advice? Forget about the whole thing. Try to relax, get drunk more. Eat pizza. Go out clubbing. Enjoy your care-free youth. Forget your diet etc etc. Your diet is not going to have any meaningful result or else doctors everywhere, as their first question, would say ‘How is your diet? Eating enough fruit and veg?”. Well my doctor has never asked me that.

Forget about all this nonsense. You are young and as you get older you will have less spontaneous erections. It’s normal. Not a problem. The problem is if you can’t get it up during sex. However, what you’re doing now is ascribing your natural diminishing hormones or hormonal influence to some kind of imaginary problem that really isn’t there.

Id love to think this was all true, but it really can’t be. I was very comfortable with my ex, I even opened up to her about the problem. I know for a fact my erections are weak. They are there, just very weak. I really don’t believe it’s psychological at all. Sometimes I completely forget about it while having sex, even before I don’t think about it. Like I said when I’m laying down my erection has no power to it, it just flops to my stomach, same when I’m standing it leans downward. The only position I can get a good hard on is missionary when I’m kneeling down. This leads me to believe it has something to do with bad blood flow or circulation. Id definitely be better off just chopping my prick off.

I noticed the Arginine from the first dose.

Yes and yes. I sleep fine almost to much. But my levels and hormones were in check according to the doc

I have had the same problem since I was 16 yo (my first sexual experience).

And never heard anyone else share the problem of being horny as hell with a complete limp dick.

Docs couldn’t explain it in my case either.

However, jelqing helped me a LOT! After about almost a month of newbie routine, my ED disappeared.

Thank you, finally someone can relate. I ordered a multi-v, l-arginine, cayenne, and yohimbine. Trying not to go to crazy with the supps. I will start the newbie routine tonight and hopefully start pumping soon. I will keep you guys updated.
