Been over at PE GYM for a while, and met Jon Pop at Betterman forum before that, Got on the newbie routine.
Been doing PE for around 3 weeks consistently.
Here my routine
2 days on and 1 day off..
15 min warm up (bath) moderate warm water,
Out of bath for next part which is.. Stretching, left right up down straight out etc, holding for 25 (3 second) Kegels, with Helicopter Shakes in between.
Next is.. 50 Jelqs (normal ones for 5-8 seconds for each rep, counting 1 rep for each hand jelq)
Next.. 25 V Jelqs (5 second per jelq counting one left one right one up as 1 V jelq)
Then finish off with 10 JAI stretches and some more Helicopters
No supplements as of yet
No hanging as of yet
No Penismaster or anything stretch wise device as of yet
Have been doing that routine for about 2-3 weeks properly. And have seen the following results..
