I started PE at the end of December,and I wanted to make my first measurements on 27 of January,but today I just couldn’t resit the temptation of measuring,because I really felt bigger then ever.

So I took my measurement tape and measured.

To be honest I expected an 0,4 inches growth in length,but the taped showed 0,2 inches of growth.just in lentgh,I didn’t measured the girth because I focused on the lenght in these 15 days.

But I hope for some better growth in the next 15 days,because I think I developed my exercies tehnique in this 15 days,and I learned what’s working for me.

My pre PE stats are(27 December)

BPEL 6,5 inches

EG 5,3 inches

My actual stats(14 January)

BPEL 6,7 inches

EG 5,3 inches(not measured)

I need some new length exercises that worked for you.So,if anybody has some tips please help me to get into the 7 inches club.

Don’t worry too much about yur lack of goal maxx.

Gaiins take a while to start so you would not have made much, if anything, in the forst week or two. As you shaid you measured too early. Give it another month and then see what you have gained.

You would have to be very lucky to have reached your original goal. So don’t despair just yet.

I am not at all worried,but I just felt bigger then ever,and in my mind I approximated an 0,4 inches growth,and I wasn’t disapointed when I saw that I gained 0,2(a gain is a gain) inches.By the contrary,if I noticed a 0,2 inches of growth then it means that when I ‘ll reach my shirt term goal of 7,2X5,6(hoping in 1-2 months) it will be a huge difference.I look at the brigth side of thing:)

I never measure more frequently than every 60 days. My thinking around that is whatever your routine is, you need to give it a minimum of 60 days to see any noticeable results.

This is based on the fact that even with the most dedicated research, you will have to figure out how to do that particular PE method for yourself. Say that takes anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks, then you need another 30 days or more for that method to actually begin working. Hence my 60 day rule.

It also keeps you more focused on your PE workout and less obsessed with measuring. All of us are a little obsessive compulsive though :)


Posting 'newbie' but 2+ year lurker and PEer.

Start: ~6" BPEL, ~5" MSEG (If I remember correctly) Now: 7.25" BPEL, 5.25" MSEG (After an 8 month break) GOAL: I'll be finished when I'm done.

*** ALWAYS mind your PI's and EQ's :) *** PE takes knowledge, time, and commitment. If you can't do that, you can't PE. ***

You don’t need any additional exercise. You made a 0.2 in 15 days, which is very good. So, stick with what worked for you.
