First I have to write that my english is not good but I hope you will understand what I write anyway.

I have been reading about the jes-extender, you know the little strething device you use to stretch the penis.

Jes-extender stretch the penis with 600g, 900g, 1200g or 1500g of force. If you use jes-extender for 12 hour every day with a force of 1200g (about 2lbs) your penis will be 3cm(more than 1 inch) longer in 6 month.
So far so good.
It is very expensive så I have tried to make my own. You will get the same result if you hang a 1200g (2lbs) weigt from your penis 12 hour per day. I have tried to do that, but it is imposible.
I hang a 4lbs weigt from my penis and I can only hang for a maximum of 30 min, then my penis realy hurts.
On the jes-extender webpage they write that you use it for 12 hours without break!! For example they write that you can put in on and then go to sleep. I can not understand how this is possible.
In the pictures of the jes-extender you can se that the only thing that holds the penishead(glance) is a siliconhose. When I hang I use a rope that has about the same diameter(thickness) and I also wrap my penis for more comfort.

1. What am I doing wrong?

2. You guys who hang, how long can you hang a 1000g (2lbs) weight from your penis?

3. You guys who use the jes-extender, how long can you use I before you have to take a break?

4. Is it easier to stretch with a force of 1000g with the jes-extender for many hours compared to hanging the same weight?

5. I almost hang for 10 hour a day, but I do it with more than 20 sets. Would I get better results if I hang for 10 hours strait in one set compared to 20 * 30minutes sets?

I’m not a hanger, BUT let me warn you here: You should NOT place a device -extender or weight- that impairs blood circulation of the penis for extended periods of time. The device you show does limit/cut blood circulation to the glans. If you cut blood circulation for more than 20 minutes, you’re placing your penis in serious danger of permanent damage and/or necrosis.

My sugestion is that you do not experiment with ‘equipment’ until you get a better grasp of PE techniques, while giving your dick some time to condition using the Newbie Routine, in case you have no prior experience with PE.

A couple of years ago I pumped for about 1 hour every day for maby 7 month in a row. I gained absolutely nothing. After every pumping session my cook looked absolutly HUGE flacid, but it didnt grow anyting.
After that I did PE for 1 hour a day for maby 3 month and gained nothing. After PE my dick also looked HUGE, but no results when mesuring before PE the next day.

When I read about the jes-extender I started hanging because I thought it was to expensive. I have now been hanging for maby 10 hours a day for 20 days and have seen absolutely no gains.

Do the jes-extender cut circulation of the glance? It looks like it does that but I have not tryed it so I don’t know. When I hang I cut the circulation.

I have this one. http://www.pmdevice.com/de/ I wear it about 4-6 hours a day. I have been wearing it for 2 weeks. I can measure a REAL gain. I also mix things up with some hanging with 10lbs. for two 10 min. sessions, a little jelqing some pumping, but really most of the work is by the PeniMaster. I could wear mine for many hrs., but the ring that presses up against your pubic area causes some pain after a couple hrs.. I have to take it off for an hr. every couple hrs. I am working on some kind of padding to stop the problem.
Anyhow, I have had at least 1/2 inch gain since I started a couple weeks ago!

LookingForSize.. Congratulations on your results. I was a little bit surpriced that you say that you feel pain in the pubic area and not in the glance(penishead) area. All these ADS look very good but I think the price of all of them is so high. But maybe it is worth it. I would by one in a minute if I knew my cook would become larger by using it. Nothing has worked on me so faar. I am about 7,3 in length and 5,5 in girth. 8 x 6 would be nice.

Regarding the Jes-extender, I have been using it every day since I got it (12 weeks) and I belive it is worth the money. It works! And it should be a lot more comfortable to use compared to hanging because with the extender you can walk around and do other things.

And now a question for the longtime users of extenders: what progress have you had during 1-2 years of use?

I have tryed the search button and found 1 year old posts about extenders and I wonder if these guys are still here, and if they are still using it?

It IS possible to put a force of 2lbs on your penis for 12 hours - ive done it.

I used Monty’s PE weights as an ADS, and have worn them for anywhere upto 12 hours, with NO circulation problems.

Maybe you should look into it.

Also, where did you read that a 2lb stretch, 12 hours a day, for 6 months = 1 inch gain?

You do realise that outcome of overworking the penis is damage and certainly limited - or absolutely no – gains, as the tissue has no time to repair? You need to the give the monster a rest! Take rest days, relax, and don’t push it.

1. Warm up. Try jelqing for ten minutes, but make the strokes long and controlled. 2. Regulate your breathing, and time your breathing with your strokes – in breath one stroke, out breath another stroke. In through your nose, out through your mouth and make sure the breaths are deep and slow and utilise the entirety of your lungs. 3. Cool down with cold water. Then do a bit of stretching.

You are overworking your penis. At the very least undertake the above routine for one month; if you see no gains after four weeks, go ahead with the extender.

On the website where you can puchase the jes-extender they hade written some information from a test with 20 people or something like that. They have used 2lb stretch, 12 hours a day, for 6 months and on avarage gained 1 inch. If this study/experiment has been done or just is made up, that I don’t know.

I now am starting to understand that I work my dick to hard. I have big problems with just doing a little bit of work, I always do a LOT of work on my dick. I’m going to start all over with my PE and go much easier this time

When I start all over with PE I’m going to do something like the newbie rutine, but I would like to change one thing. Do you think that it’s ok to do clamping instead of jelqing? Clamping with some bending because I like to do that much more than jelqing. It feels like jelqing doesn’t fit me

You NEED to condition your dick with 2-4 months of jelqing before considering clamping.

Its not an option, its a necessity.

It’s not an option, it’s a necessity.

I haven’t got any gains from PE or pumping in the past, but I have done a lot of pumping and PE.
For example I have pumped realy hard, superhard, for 6-7 month in a row, every day. I pumped so hard I can’t belive that I didn’t damage my dick. I did get a lot of blooddots under the skin but nothing more than that.

I did not gain anything from my pumping but dos not this count as conditioning? I mean, I gave my dick HELL with my pump. I would probebly have overtrained even if I did just 10% of what I did back in the days when I was pumping.
