7,3 x 5,5 is what I was born with.
I have been pumping like a maniac for 6 month in the past and got no gains, just week erections
I have been PE like a maniac for 3 month in the past and got no gains, just week erections
I have also tryed to do some light hanging, 2-3lbs for 10-12 hours a day, that I did for just 20 days maybe and got no gains, just week erections

right now I’m doing nothing.
I’m going to start over with light PE. with help from guys from this forum I have come to the understanding that I have pumped and PE whay to hard. I’m going to rest for maybe one more week now and then I’m going to start again. this time, I will never PE so hard that I get erectionsproblems. I cant wait. it is going to be fun to know if I can gain anything doing light PE. 8x6 is my goal and that is not so much if I compare to the gains a lot of guys have made.
