1 and half month so far stretch and jelq

Hi fellas,

Been stretching and jelqing for a month and half now and have gained 1/2 inch in erect length and 6/16 in erect girth totaling 6 1/2 inch erect length with 5 1/4 inch erect girth. I plan to continue til the end of 3 months but looking at peoples average gains from jelqing I don’t think I will reach my goal of 7 1/2 erect length just by solely jelqing. I would consider hanging and so I’m posting this now for when the time comes around to purchase a hanger I’m not wasting time. I wanted to know what would be the best on a mature student budget? I’m only 3 1/2 inch flaccid uncut so would a vac type be better? I’m in the UK and everything I have searched seems to be either American or European based so I’m being cautious as I don’t want to pay huge shipping fees. I did experiment with a sock hanger just to test but it would never stay on no matter how tight it was tied on.

You can get to your goal just by stretching and jelqing, they already proved to you that is working.

Stay on manuals for a little while before add any PE device to your routine.

Here is what. Give manuals 6 months to a year first.

After that you can start hanging or pumping.

That is what I always say to newbies.

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Thanks for the welcome and the advice guys. I will continue my routine then which is:

Hot shower to warm up
10 mins of stretching holding each stretch for 1 min (down, each side and upwards)
150 wet jelqs with slow 5 second strokes
5 mins stretch to finish holding each stretch for 1 min
5 days a week taking the weekend off

In my opinion throw 5-10 mins of manual stretches to your routine, but be sure to use heat through out the entire PE session even for your jelqs. Heat is KEY!
