10min/day jelqing too less?

Hey.

I just finished my first month of PE with fairly good gains. If i lower my jelq time to 10min/day and do it every week day instead of 20min 2on/1off will it hinder my gains?

I mostly want length at the moment as I have enough girth (for now). I will also increase my stretching time from 10min to 30min/day (split up in 3 sessions). If my dick thinks that’s too much I will decrease this time (or take days off).

You never know until you try and I think changing your routine in general is a good thing. I can’t count how many times I think I have found the absolute perfect routine only to move on to something else after a short time. Whatever you do, I guarantee you will move on to something else after awhile.

You have the right mindset :up: . For only length gains, 10 minutes of low erection jelqing is enough in my opinion.

Dude those are great gains. I am realizing on my own that I have under estimated the positive affects of jelqing. In the last couple of weeks, I can see just how effective jelqing and heat can be.

Bird2, what % do you consider “low erection jelqing”
I jelq for about 25 minutes and tend to go between 30-40% erection and then some days 50% and on occasion 70% just to switch up. I am also going for length mostly but am gaining width as well (which I certainly like). Is it bad to go for both at once, or is it more effective to go for length or width first and then switch?

Miron, Nice gains, I have been at it for about 2 weeks longer than you, I measured at one month and had very similar gains. I will wait until 2 solid months have passed before I measure again (I can’t wait!). Keep us up to date with your progress, it’s good to see folks at about the same progression as me. Should be good for comparison although I did start slightly smaller than you.

My one month comparison:

I think (can’t be sure of these) I started out at a whopping:
NBP Non EL = 3
BP Non EL = 4
NBP EL = 5
BP EL = 5 1/2
Girth:
Non EG = 4 1/4
EG = 4 3/4

On 12/05/06: (measured after PE)
NBP Non EL = 3 9/16
BP Non EL = 4 9/16
NBP EL = 5 3/4
BP EL = 6 1/4
Girth:
Non EG = 4 1/2
EG = 5 7/16

20-40% erection aims for length, 60-80% erection for girth. What I did back when I did both is doing 10 minutes low erection jelqing, which targets length and 10 minutes high erection jelqing, which targets girth. This gave me great gains, I’ll advice you to do the same.

Heheh bird2 this is pretty hard, my dick is not a machine that I can control my erection, but I didn’t know that low erection jelq is for length

As long as you stretch for more than 20 minutes, 10 minutes of jelqing is fine in my opinion.

My first foray into this world.. I have been trying various routines and frequency since November 1st. I’m really happy with my length gains but what I feel I need is thickness. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Can you tell us when you began bumping up the times for certain exercises.
I know you said you are going to go from stretching 10 min to 30 min, but when you start the newbie routine, it says to start at 5 min. So when did you start working your way up?
What has been your system with the progressions?(I.e.-Every week you go up 2 additional minutes in stretching?)
Did you apply this to jelqing?

HOLY SHIT! You gained 3/4 of an inch in girth in one month and 3/4 of an inch in length too? On 25 minutes of jelqing alone? WTF my penis must be made of steel or something. Seriously WTF are your guys cocks made of? Those are some mind blowing gains!

Id completely forgotten this… this is why I shouldnt stay away from PE/Thunder’s for so long !!!

Im just starting up again and girth seems to come easy for me. Guess Im going to have to try focussing more on low% jelqing for a while with light 80% jelqing just to keep him fat :)

I started with 10min jelqing and 4-5 stretches (mostly straight out and down). By the end of the 2nd week I’ve got up to 20min of jelqing which I kept for the rest of the month (30min is too long for me: I get bored, my hands hurt, my dick goes limp, lose my concentration, etc) and I’ve added more stretches.

Towards the end of the month I’ve also added some advanced stretches like BTC (didn’t like this one so I don’t use it anymore) and V stretches.

Jelqing was done at various erection levels (mixed up - my erection went up and down) and using both overhand OK grip and some kind of inverted U grip (putting pressure only on the sides).
