1000 kegals while in ADS device
Finally did it, 1000 (1sec) kegals while strapped i to my ads device. Been working up to that goal for a few weeks now. Feeling great. Had to toot my horn

Yeah I split them in sets of 100 and rest between sets and every 500. Feeling accomplished

What did you use as ADS?
Its a good resistance exercise for the kegal muscle right?

I use the esl40 i got before i made my own. still works fine so ill use til it dies.

Congrats! I usually only get to 100 (not in ADS) before I tire. Hopefully I’ll be able to re-build this type of stamina.
