Hey everyone

As the title says I’ve been following a constant PE routine for the last 10 months with no gains. I have achieved a much higher EQ as well as an improved sex drive. But no gains. I started off with the newbie routine and gradually worked my way up to doing what are basically variations of the newbie routine, but doing them 2-3 times a day (2 days on 1 off). My flaccid size has increased also. So my question is with all of these positive PI’s, why am I not making any real gains. Any advice is much appreciated.

You say no gains, but then you say flaccid gains.

Any kind of gain is good, guess you mean erect gains then?

Keep at it, some take longer than others.

Are you sure you didn’t measure different or inaccurate to start with?

How often do you measure? Do you know how to measure correctly?

Very briefly I would say keep going till you get to 12 months of doing solid pe then take a week or 2 as a break. A deconditioning break if you will.

At this point you can advance slightly and move up to the advanced routine or maybe the linear newbie routine but you don’t need to do this 2 or 3 times a day try a 5 on 2 off schedule when you return and 6 weeks into that take a new measurement.

I guarantee you you’ll have gained.

Now the other factors to consider, and consider them very seriously, is edging and reducing your ejaculations.
When I incorporated edging into my routine and reduced my ejaculating to once a week I made gains of approx 1.3” in around 3-4 months in my bpel. I could see a definite increase in flaccid size almost immediately and my length would gain almost weekly and consistently too.

Also don’t forget to eat well, get your protein in and lots and lots of water and don’t underestimate sleep. When it comes to growing any part of your body sleep is your greatest ally and lack of is your biggest enemy. It’s when you sleep that you grow so deny yourself long periods of sleep each night and you’re setting yourself up for failure with your pe efforts.

Goal: 8"nbpel x 7" A one eyed monster by any standard :)

I second this advice. Although I gained less than 1.3, I can still confirm that this helped me jumpstart my most recent gains. Good luck on your journey.

Consider your time and privacy constraints and perhaps hang weights off of your Johnson.

Thanks guys. I will definitely look into hanging. When I do manual stretches I really only feel the pressure in my hands and arms, not my shaft. So I think it might be a waste of time. Although BTC and fowfers seem to be working because I can really feel the stretch at the base of my penis.This being said I think hanging may be my next step. Does anyone know a good hanging routine?

Hey Horsedick99, just wondering, what did you do in terms of a hanging routine and amount of time spent hanging that first two months, just curious.
