Very briefly I would say keep going till you get to 12 months of doing solid pe then take a week or 2 as a break. A deconditioning break if you will.
At this point you can advance slightly and move up to the advanced routine or maybe the linear newbie routine but you don’t need to do this 2 or 3 times a day try a 5 on 2 off schedule when you return and 6 weeks into that take a new measurement.
I guarantee you you’ll have gained.
Now the other factors to consider, and consider them very seriously, is edging and reducing your ejaculations.
When I incorporated edging into my routine and reduced my ejaculating to once a week I made gains of approx 1.3” in around 3-4 months in my bpel. I could see a definite increase in flaccid size almost immediately and my length would gain almost weekly and consistently too.
Also don’t forget to eat well, get your protein in and lots and lots of water and don’t underestimate sleep. When it comes to growing any part of your body sleep is your greatest ally and lack of is your biggest enemy. It’s when you sleep that you grow so deny yourself long periods of sleep each night and you’re setting yourself up for failure with your pe efforts.
