10 minute Kegel
So I was at work today, at my computer, and leaning forward a bit. I started doing some kegels for the hell of it.. And I found that in the exact way I was sitting at the moment, I could keep my (BC? The muscle on the underside) flexed pretty much indefinitely. I kept it that way for a LONG time, probably like ten minutes, and during it I would further contract it at times. It started to hurt a bit.. Not really painful, more like a good muscle burn, and it would also involuntarily contract quite a bit. Finally I couldn’t take it anymore so let it up.. But do you think this is something I should attempt to recreate? Is this a good way to Kegel if it can be reproduced consistently?
